Recipes

General Cold Symptoms
  • Put 2 drops Rosemary, 2 drops Melaleuca, 1 drop Eucalyptus and 3 drops Lemon in a steam vaporizer or add to hot bath.
  • Oil of Oregano - apply on back and feet or add 2 drops to water, inhale while drinking slowly, helps to relieve head congestion.
  • Rub 6 drops of R.C. and 2 drops Raven on chest, neck and throat.  Works well with Cypress, Birch, Lemon, Peppermint and Eucalyptus.
  • Use Lavender and Chamomile on bottom of feet.
Sore Throat
  • Melaleuca alternifolia - 1 drop on tongue every minute for 10 minutes.  Rub on neck to sternum.
  • Apply 1 drop Cinnamon Bark, 5 drops Lavender and 2 drops Hyssop to Q-tip and swab throat.
  • Use Thieves on neck (dilute if hot) Immupower on feet.
  • Gargle with Stevia Extract.
Cold and Flu Chest Rub
  • 2 oz. carrier oil (V-6, almond or olive oil)
  • 3 drops Pine oil
  • 2 drops Eucalyptus oil
  • 2 drops Frankincense oil
  • 1 drop Ginger oil
  • 1 drop Oregano oil
  • 1 drop Thyme oil
  • Mix and apply over chest and back several times daily.
